Every tier includes every module, because compliance is one connected thing and the Standards apply to a five-person RTO exactly as they apply to a TAFE. What changes between tiers is how many people, how much storage, and how much help you get getting started.

Questions about pricing and the trial
Is there really no difference in features between the tiers?
For compliance capability, no. Every module is in every tier. We gate on scale — how many people and how much storage — and on how much help you get getting started. Selling the risk register separately from the improvement register would contradict the argument the rest of this site makes.
What does the free trial include?
Fourteen days, no credit card. Your workspace arrives with all three 2025 instruments already loaded clause by clause, so you are not spending the first week on setup before you can see anything.
Are these prices including GST?
No. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
How much does annual billing save?
The saving shown on the toggle and on each card is calculated from that tier's monthly and annual prices at the moment the page loads, rather than typed in — so it cannot drift out of step with what you are actually charged, and it is right even if the prices move.
What happens if we outgrow a tier partway through a year?
You move up and pay the difference for the remainder of the term. Nothing is withheld while you do it, and no data moves.
We are an existing customer on one of the old tiers. What happens?
You keep your current price and are mapped to the nearest new tier, with the extra headroom given rather than sold. Talk to us and we will confirm exactly where you land.
